06/15/04: If you'd like to see some amusing (yet mostly spurious) claims about Bush and his ilk you should go to takebackthemedia.com.  I would like to recommend the one that argues that Bush is not a Nazi so stop calling him one.  I will soon be adding some additional pictures and the like.  The lyrics to the new "Ronald Reagan" song are now here.  A rough recording will be available soon.

06/03/04: You should listen to air america radio.  it is very good (sometimes) in the context of much of what is on the radio these days.

05/26/04: My wife is putting up a page-of-the-day page.  it has songs, poetry, links, and a photo.  it is nice and you should look at it.  she also has an amazingly in-depth death cab for cutie site.

05/12/04:  I've been listening to Mike Savage and Neal Boortz.  They're great if you like to color and texture of blood running through sand. You can also download the beheading of Nick Berg from [former nutritionist] Mr. Savage, if you've not already seen it.
 
11/25/03:  There isn't anything better than gold-cardioid condenser mics with phantom power.  Yes.  "it's so appropriate...the way we amplify the sound....and then they ask us to turn it down again..." --dcfc..
